  • “Print My Labels” refers to our website, services, and the company operating under HS Creations.
  • “Customer” refers to any individual or entity that has purchased or intends to purchase our products or services.

Product Returns

2.1 Eligibility for Returns

Print My Labels accepts returns for the following reasons:

  • Defective or damaged products: If the product you received is defective or damaged, you are eligible for a return.
  • Incorrect order fulfillment: If we sent you the wrong product, size, or design, you may return it.
  • Non-conformity to specifications: If the product does not match the specifications provided during the ordering process, you are eligible for a return.

2.2 Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product to notify us about the return request.
  • Provide your order details, including the order number and a detailed explanation of the issue.

2.3 Return Shipping Costs

Print My Labels will bear the shipping costs for product returns due to defects, damages, incorrect order fulfillment, or non-conformity to specifications. However, we reserve the right to assess the situation and arrange the return shipping method.

2.4 Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • In its original packaging, with all accessories and labels intact.

2.5 Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned product, Print My Labels will initiate the refund process. The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note the following regarding refunds:

  • Refunds will exclude any shipping or handling charges unless the return is due to a Print My Labels error.
  • Print My Labels reserves the right to deduct a restocking fee if the returned product is not in its original condition or fails to meet the return conditions.

You may cancel your order with Print My Labels under the following circumstances:

  • Prior to production: If you cancel your order before we begin production, a full refund will be issued.
  • During production: If you cancel your order during the production process, a refund may be provided, but it will be subject to deductions for any costs incurred up to that point.

3.2 Cancellation Process

To request an order cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Provide your order details, including the order number and the reason for cancellation. We will assess the status of your order and guide you through the cancellation process.
